Got to Be Certain was originally recorded by an artist named, Mandy Smith in 1987. Mandy's version of the song did
not see the light of day until years later, after Kylie's version became a hit. Many years after the music video was made,
Kylie discussed the video, and talking about the questionable hair and fashion choices.
